Roasting the Radish
- 2-3 bunches of radishes (trimmed and washed)
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Pre-heat oven to 400F
- Quarter radishes if they are large, or just half them
- Toss them with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Roast for 20 minutes
Soy sauce dressing
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
- a drizzle of honey
- 3 bulbs of chopped scallions
- Whisk all the ingredients together and pour dressing onto the roasted radishes and mix them.
- Continue to roast the dressing-coated radishes for another 10 min so that they soak up the dressing
